Your code for keyless entry to the lobby is attached to this email. Once in the lobby, approach the Guest Appreciation kiosk behind the waterfall to access your Bespoke Room Access Code. To access the Bespoke Room Access Code, you will need to scan the QR code found on the Guest Appreciation kiosk which will invite you to download the Guest Services App. Once you have downloaded the Guest Services App, enter the password that was mailed to you at the time of your reservation. This password will unlock your full Hipmi Guest Experience by generating your unique PIN for revealing the Bespoke Room Access Code on the Guest Appreciation kiosk.
